International Finance IB full-time 2023/34

This course aims at presenting international finance from the multinational enterprise’s (microeconomic) perspective. Therefore, it includes discussion of corporate governance issues (consequences of separation between ownership and control) to focus on global financial markets as the source of opportunities and risks for the multinational enterprises (MNEs). It follows-up with the detailed presentation of foreign exchange market and related risks as well as the derivative instruments allowing for effective hedging. It closes with the issues related to the global capital sourcing.
