Your company specializes in floor
coverings and have received a letter from Brown Flooring Ltd of 5 Portobello
Street, London CE 5 in which they inform you that they themselves have received
a number of enquiries from customers for floor coverings suitable for new
buildings in the region. Brown Flooring Ltd request samples of your range  and designs and enquire about your delivery
and payment terms.

Write a reply to their letter.

Use block format, open punctuation
and assume that company-headed paper is used, so that you can omit the
letterhead.

Make sure that you use formal
language of correspondence and provide the necessary information. Do not forget
about enclosures.

Submit an editable file, preferably MS
Word and name the file using your name.
